Steve and Aimi have been friends and work colleagues for many years. Aimi is an accomplished chef previously running her own kitchen at The Mansion in Norwood, previous to The Mansion she was involved in several projects to install and set up kitchens in businesses all over London. Steve has recently returned from Greece where he has lived and worked for ten years, he is a talented bar and restaurant developer and was the owner of a successful nightclub in Brighton. At last after years of deliberation they have joined together to create a venue that will offer high standards and prove to be unique. They have given Camberwell and the surrounding area the venue it has been aching for for a long time.
